DISTANCE/MILEAGE COMMODITY RATES

These rates are governed by any internet based public access mileage/routing program that allows for a practical express routing.
1. Shipper shall assume other freight may be aboard the vehicle carrying their freight unless other agreement is made.
2. Carrier understands that time is of the essence and that equipment and personnel to meet the agreed on cargo weight, volume, and schedule will be provided to the shipper.
3. Balance of shipping charges due in 30 days. If not payed in 30 days interest on the balance is charged at 1% per month beginning from date shipment was completed.
4. The carrier's liability is limited to the value of the cargo which is lost, damaged, or destroyed.
5. For each vehicle transporting a shipment, carrier will allow a total of thirty (30) minutes free time for loading and for unloading including time consumed at stop-off point or points and final delivery point. Time consumed in excess of such free time will be charged for a rate of Seventy-Cents(.70) per minute. Time will be computed from the time carrier's vehicle arrives at origin, destination stop-off point prepared to commence loading or unloading, as the case may be. Carrier's driver to keep accurate records for the purpose of determining charges under this rule.
6. This tariff is limited in its application on interstate or foreign commerce to the extent of the operating rights set forth below:
